Corporate Groups
To be able to create a thriving business, a company must do better each quarter by building clientele, earning profit, and providing employees with an excellent working environment. Summit’s Team Building program will provide various team building activities that help bring your company together as a family rather than a group of people that work together.
Through various activities your company will be able to problem solve, laugh, and make improvements by communicating with each other, sharing ideas, and improving upon past goals-- just as the company would each quarter. By narrowing the perspective to a simple task instead of a whole quarter, groups are better able to perceive problems and work them out in a professional manner. Facilitators will help guide the group through several activities and discussions to allow the group to achieve goals they have set, areas for improvement, and connect as more than just coworkers.
Church Youth Organizations
Church organizations have a variety of programs to provide their participants. Summit’s Team Building program provides an environment for youths to be able to better connect with each other, learn to communicate, and apply faith to everyday life.
Summit will be able to provide your organization with not only fun games that will have everyone laughing and enjoying themselves, but also connecting as a group and making new friends. Summit also utilizes games that will get youths thinking outside the box and working as a team. During the debriefing process the instructors will facilitate a participant-led discussion on how and why certain things did or did not work and relate the scenarios back to real life situations and solutions.
Scouting
Scouting groups are organizations that build the leaders of tomorrow. With the skills learned through these programs boys and girls are able to be better prepared for the real world as well as have the knowledge to succeed. The Summit Team Building program will allow scouts to bring out natural leaders, make new leaders, and allow all to speak their ideas with equal merit.
Summit’s program works similar to the COPE program of Boy Scouts and the Team Building program of the Girl Scouts. It will provide scouts with challenges that must be met by working together, communicating, trust, and planning. We will be able to meet the requirements of many badges through discussions, participation, and through the use of the rock climbing gym here at our facility.
Youth Programs
Basketball teams, baseball teams, Soccer teams, Volleyball teams, Debate teams, PALS, Student Councils, Yearbook Staffs, Drama Clubs… what do all of these groups have in common? They are organizations or TEAMS that require working together to achieve great things. Summit’s Team Building program can work with your team or organization to achieve anything.
By providing problem solving activities that require the whole group to participate, groups are better able to understand that a team is not better because it has the best members, but is better because the members work best together. If a team is better able to communicate and trust each other then they will be able to achieve their goals and overcome adversity. By allowing groups to work within the rules of a game, but outside their regular environments, we provide teams with different perspectives and the ability to think outside the box.
